Returns

• Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return @itsinuapparel@gmail.com
• Return Label: You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
• Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have two options:
• Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a refund, or exchange. If you choose to exchange items:
• Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
• Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
• Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

Once a return label has been issued the item must be brought to the carrier provided within 7 days of being issued a return label.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any item(s) that are as listed: damaged, worn, or altered in any way and cannot be resold.

If you decide to return an item(s) for any reason other than a mistake we made you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Includes both the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. Be sure to get a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your return.

Once the item(s) is received in the condition listed above and verified and meets our return policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

Size charts are provided to ensure that you receive your correct size.

Fraud Policy

• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent based on our system's detection.
• Verification: If you believe your order was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent, please contact our customer service to verify your information and resolve the issue.
