Shipping policy

• Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). In these cases, processing begins the next business day.
• Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.

To ensure your package arrives in the shown time, please make sure address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Such as correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartments numbers is very critical to guarantee timely deliveries. ITS IN U APPAREL and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect  address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our handling center and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package(s).
